2.1 Data entered in the app

Information you enter (date of birth, time, location, first name, passion) is processed entirely in your browser via JavaScript. It is never sent to a server or stored in a database.

2.2 Newsletter (Brevo)

If you choose to subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is transmitted to Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), our email service provider, in accordance with their privacy policy.

  • Legal basis: consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR)
  • Purpose: sending life milestone alerts and site news
  • Retention: until unsubscription
  • Unsubscription: link included in every email

2.3 Analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics solution. Cloudflare Web Analytics places no cookies, collects no personally identifiable data, and is GDPR-compliant without requiring consent. Learn more.

3. Local Storage

The site uses localStorage to remember:

  • Your cookie consent (cookie_consent)
  • Your cart state (cart)
  • Your newsletter subscription status (brevo_subscribed)
  • Whether you dismissed the PWA install banner (pwa_dismissed)

This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to a server. You can delete it at any time via your browser settings.

4. Third-party Cookies

The site places no advertising tracking cookies. The only external services that may set cookies are:

  • Google Fonts: font loading (no identified tracking)
  • Brevo: only if you interact with the newsletter form

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to your personal data

6. Data Transfers

Hosting is provided by Cloudflare (USA). Brevo is based in France (EU). Cloudflare Web Analytics is part of Cloudflare (USA). Transfers to the United States are governed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF).
